In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and cumin seeds. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Drain.
Cut any large carrots in half lengthwise. Add carrots, cauliflower, broth, water and turmeric to skillet. Stir in uncooked rice. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir mixture gently. Sprinkle with green onions.
