Use a vegetable peeler to remove several 2- to 3-inch-long sections of orange zest from the orange, avoiding the white pith underneath. Juice the orange.
Cut a 6- to 8-inch square from a double thickness of 100%-cotton cheesecloth. Place orange zest, cinnamon, cloves and allspice in center of the square. Bring up the corners; tie closed with 100%-cotton kitchen string.
In a large bowl, combine the water, cranberry juice, juice concentrate, orange juice and spice bag.
