Place bananas in a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker. Using a fork, mash bananas. Stir in water, quinoa, mixed berries, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Cover and cook on High for 2 1/2 hours or on Low for 4 to 5 hours. Sprinkle each serving with walnuts.
