Preheat oven to 450°F. In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, milk and honey. Cover and process or blend until nearly smooth.
Prepare biscuit mix according to package directions for rolled biscuits, except substitute the pureed mixture for the liquid called for on the package. Stir in the poppy seeds.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly browned.
