In a large saucepan cook beef, onion, sweet pepper, and garlic over medium-high heat until meat is brown and vegetables are tender, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon; drain fat. Stir in broth, tomatoes, frozen vegetables, potato, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until frozen vegetables are tender.
