Allow pizza dough to stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a 12-by-8-inch rectangle. If the dough begins to pull back while rolling, let it rest for 5 minutes. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Prick with a fork. Cover; let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Brush the dough with 1 tablespoon oil; sprinkle with salt and basil. Arrange grapes over dough; sprinkle with rosemary and Romano. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Cut into strips with a pizza cutter or large knife.
