In a large skillet, cook onion in hot oil over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Add garlic; cook and stir for 1 minute. Add beef, chili powder, Italian seasoning and pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is browned.
Stir in broth, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until pasta is just tender, stirring frequently. Stir in beans and corn. Cover and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. If desired, sprinkle each serving with Cheddar cheese and/or parsley.
