Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle pork tenderloin with cumin. Place tenderloin on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast for 25 to 35 minutes or until done (155°F).
In a small bowl, combine salsa and oranges. Slice the pork and top with the orange-salsa mixture. Garnish with parsley and serve with citrus wedges.
