Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion, chili powder, cumin and garlic. Cook about 10 minutes or until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Stir in tomatoes, ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, Worcestershire and mustard. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in kidney beans, pinto beans and cannellini beans. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes more.
To serve, ladle chili into bowls. If desired, garnish with bacon and jalapeño slices.
