Cut each chicken thigh into 4 pieces. Sprinkle with thyme and oregano.
Place chicken broth, tomatoes, carrots and onion slices in slow cooker. Top with chicken. Cover.
Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir in noodles and peas. Cover. Cook 15 to 20 minutes on HIGH or just until noodles are tender.
I really like this recipe. A great way to include veggies with dinner. I did cut back on spices, added a bit more salt and pepper and used a tsp of dried onion flakes - kids don't like onions. Very tasty and kids asked for seconds.

I have really enjoyed many of the recipes on this site but this one did not taste at all the way I imagined. Very bland and too herby for me and my family. My 2 yr old loved it but me and his father coulld not even stomach it.
