Ingredients 8 Servings

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices and separated into rings
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 4 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Place chicken and vegetables in slow cooker.
  • 2 Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, broth, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt in medium bowl until blended. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Cover.
  • 3 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Serve over cooked pasta, if desired.
