Mix cream and food colors in medium bowl until colors have dissolved. Pour into blender container. Add remaining ingredients except graham crackers; cover. Blend on high speed until well blended and mixture begins to thicken, about 1 minute.
Pour ice cream mixture into freezer-safe container. Stir in graham crackers. Cover.
Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm and scoopable.
