- 1 package (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ginger, Ground
- 1/3 cup large sugar crystals
PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Unfold and cut puff pastry into 18 squares. Place squares 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. In small bowl, mix butter and ginger. Brush puff pastry squares with ginger butter, then sprinkle with sugar.
BAKE 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
