Ingredients

  • 1 package (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Ginger
  • 1/3 cup large sugar crystals

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Unfold and cut puff pastry into 18 squares. Place squares 1 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. In small bowl, mix butter and ginger. Brush puff pastry squares with ginger butter, then sprinkle with sugar.
  • 2 BAKE 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
