Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch baking pan with foil. Spray foil with no stick cooking spray. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Mix sugar and cocoa powder in medium bowl. Set aside.
Microwave butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir in cocoa sugar mixture. Add eggs, 1 at a time, stirring until well blended after each addition. Add vanilla. Gradually stir in flour mixture until well mixed. Spread in prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from sides of pan. Cool in pan on wire rack. Lift from pan. Cut into squares.
WONDERFUL recipe. The top crusts beautifully, and the inside is left gloriously moist. Just enough crunch and not overly mushy.

it is a little bit too sweet for me but still great. Love the top crust.
