  • 8 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Rubbed Sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Pepper Black
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 8 ounces crabmeat
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix eggs, half-and-half, sage, salt, lemon peel and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently until well mixed. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking dish.

  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
