Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Rubbed Sage
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1 loaf French bread, cut into 24 thin slices
- Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sage and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 Brush bread slices lightly on both sides with oil. Toast in oven 5 minutes or until golden brown. Spread each bread slice with 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture. See Cooking Tips for Toppings.
