- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Spicy Sicilian Style Seasoning, plus additional for sprinkling
- 2 cups baby arugula leaves
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

- Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, whisk olive oil, vinegar and Seasoning in a large bowl until well blended. Add pasta and arugula; toss to coat well. Add pepperoncini, tomatoes and cheeses; toss gently to mix.
