- 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Spicy Sicilian Style Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 loaf (about 16 ounces) Italian bread, halved lengthwise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix butter, Seasoning, parsley, garlic powder and mayonnaise in small bowl; set aside. Line a large shallow baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Place bread on baking pan, cut sides up. Spread butter mixture onto bread. Mix mozzarella and Parmesan in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly onto bread over top of butter.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
