Cincinnati doesn’t have anything on these fries! They’re smothered with homemade chili (made easy with McCormick® Original Chili Seasoning Mix), Cheddar cheese and a crumble of Cinnamon Candied Bacon for an epic finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen French fries
  • 8 slices Cinnamon Candied Bacon , coarsely chopped
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Chopped parsley, if desired

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Cook French fries as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomato sauce, beer and brown sugar. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.
  • 2 Arrange fries on large platter. Top with cooked chili and sprinkle with crumbled bacon, cheese, onion and chopped parsley, if desired.
