- 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen French fries
- 8 slices Cinnamon Candied Bacon , coarsely chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Chopped parsley, if desired

- 1 Cook French fries as directed on package. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix, tomato sauce, beer and brown sugar. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.
- 2 Arrange fries on large platter. Top with cooked chili and sprinkle with crumbled bacon, cheese, onion and chopped parsley, if desired.
