Ingredients

  • 3 cups butternut squash, cut into bite-size cubes substitution Substitutions available
    • sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-size cubes
  • 1 package (12 ounces) Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 cup bacn pieces bacon flavored bits

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss squash and Brussels sprouts in large bowl with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Bac’n Pieces; toss until well mixed.
  • 2 Arrange vegetable mixture in single layer on large shallow foil-lined baking pan.
  • 3 Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until squash is tender, stirring halfway through cooking.
