Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss squash and Brussels sprouts in large bowl with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Bac’n Pieces; toss until well mixed.

  • Arrange vegetable mixture in single layer on large shallow foil-lined baking pan.

  • Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until squash is tender, stirring halfway through cooking.
