Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Flavor Maker Mediterranean Topping Seasoning
- 3 cups diced English cucumber (3/4-inch dice)
- 3 cups seeded and diced plum tomato (3/4-inch dice)
- 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives, halved (optional)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix olive oil, vinegar and Flavor Maker Seasoning in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add cucumber, tomato, chickpeas and red onion; toss to coat well. Cover.
- 2 Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Stir in chopped romaine and sprinkle with olives and feta cheese just before serving.
