Ingredients
- 1 package slow cookers limited edition tomato basil chicken and vegetables seasoning

boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
Substitutions available
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 package (8 ounces) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place chicken and mushrooms in slow cooker.
- 2 Mix Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and tomato paste in bowl until blended. Pour over chicken and mushrooms; stir to coat. Cover.
- 3 Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Stir before serving. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- 4 Test Kitchen Tip: Stir in 1 package (6 ounces) baby spinach immediately after cooking.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Slow Cooker Tip: For best results, do not remove cover during cooking.
