Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 6 teaspoons McCormick® Sesame and Ginger Crunch with Garlic All Purpose Seasoning, divided
- 4 teaspoons corn starch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk water, soy sauce, 4 teaspoons of the Seasoning and corn starch in small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
- 2 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; stir fry 3 minutes. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Add chicken; stir fry 5 minutes or until cooked through. Return vegetables to skillet.
- 3 Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Sprinkle with remaining 2 teaspoons Seasoning to serve.
