- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (about 4 teaspoons)
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Herb with Lemon Seafood Rub
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown.)
- 2 Stir in shrimp, wine and Seafood Rub; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in parsley.
- 3 Serve over cooked pasta or rice, if desired.
