- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pork tenderloins, (about 1 pound each)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Seasoning, brown sugar, chili powder and salt in small bowl. Coat pork evenly with seasoning mixture.
- 2 Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Place pork on rack in foil-lined shallow roasting pan.
- 3 Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
