Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Set aside.
Heat 1 tbsp. of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add vegetables; stir fry 4 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat. Return chicken to skillet. Cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over cooked rice, if desired.

•Use whatever stir fry veggies you like, such as broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, green beans, snap peas and onions.
•Substitute pork, cut into 1-inch chunks or shrimp, peeled and deveined, for the chicken.
•In a pinch? Substitute frozen vegetables for fresh.
