- 1 pound New York strip steak, trimmed of excess fat
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- McCormick® Steakhouse Seasoning Grinder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Brush steak lightly with oil. Season with 8 to 10 twists steakhouse seasoning grinder.
- 2 Mix cinnamon, cumin and sea salt. Sprinkle evenly over steaks.
- 3 Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
