Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 package McCormick® Chili Skillet Sauce
  • 1 can (15 ounces) white beans, drained
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in Skillet Sauce, beans, tomatoes and green chiles.
  • 2 Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
