Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® Chipotle Chili Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8.8 ounces) mccormick cilantro and lime
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- Assorted topping such as black beans, corn, chopped tomato, sliced avocado, red onion, and tortilla strips

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, chipotle chili pepper and salt in small bowl until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 2 Heat Cilantro Lime Rice according to package directions. Divide evenly between 2 bowls. Top with shredded chicken and desired toppings. Drizzle with chipotle dressing to serve.
