Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® Chipotle Chili Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8.8 ounces) mccormick cilantro and lime
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • Assorted topping such as black beans, corn, chopped tomato, sliced avocado, red onion, and tortilla strips

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Whisk mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, chipotle chili pepper and salt in small bowl until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • 2 Heat Cilantro Lime Rice according to package directions. Divide evenly between 2 bowls. Top with shredded chicken and desired toppings. Drizzle with chipotle dressing to serve.
