Ingredients

  • 1 package McCormick® Bourbon Chicken Skillet Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes substitution Substitutions available
    • boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 2 Stir in Skillet Sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
