- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Butter Extract With Other Natural Flavors
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix flour, salt and baking powder in medium bowl. Set aside. In separate large bowl, gently whisk sugar, milk, oil, eggs and extracts until well mixed. Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture. Mix well using spatula or spoon.
- 2 Pour batter into greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
