Preheat oven to 350°F. Place all ingredients, except chocolate chips and yogurt, in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour mixture into lightly greased small (about 4- or 5-inch) baking dish or ramekin. Stir in chocolate chips.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean. Cool slightly. Spread yogurt over top as frosting. Serve warm.
