- 1 loaf (16 ounces) Italian bread
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat broiler.
- 2 Split bread in half horizontally and place, cut sides up, on work surface. Mix butter, garlic and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Spread on bread. Place on broiler pan.
- 3 Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.
