1Place cinnamon sugar in large shallow dish or pie plate; set aside. Preheat waffle iron. Spray with no stick cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients until blended.
2Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter onto center of hot waffle iron. Close lid. Cook about 5 minutes or until no longer steaming. Carefully remove waffle. Cut into 1-inch sticks. Immediately toss waffle sticks in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm drizzled with chocolate, if desired.
