Mix all ingredients until well blended. Store in tightly covered jar in cool, dry place.
I replaced the Sea Salt with Hickory Salt (we like a smokey flavor). We used this as a rub for pork spare ribs and ribeye steaks on the grill. We also use it, sparingly, for the grilled corn - 1 pat butter rubbed on the corn on the cob, VERY lightly sprinkle with seasoning (a pinch or 2 is all you need), then wrap in foil and place on the grill. Everyone LOVED the flavor. We're planning on trying out the various marinades. If someone from McCormick reads these, it would be nice to link the marinades to their respective page for easy access. :)

This is great as is or as a base for other rubs or marinades. Very useful and easy to make. I keep some in my pantry all the time.
