Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, beans and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and onion. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
I have been making this recipe for over 8 years, and it a staple in our home. Yes, chili that cooks for hours is the best but this is tasty way to have a home cooked meal on a weeknight for a busy family. I usually end up simmering it for about 30 minutes and serve the chili over cooked white rice.

My very picky girls love this chili. Its a mild simple chili- nothing fancy and not the best chili in the world, but a kid pleaser for sure. We serve with tortilla chips and cheese. I also simmer this for over 25 minutes and sometimes throw it in the crockpot.

Chili takes a slow simmer of several hours. You can't make a good chili in 15 minutes. You need at least 6 hours.
