- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup McCormick® Santa Fe Style Seafood Sauce
- 2 tablespoons canned chopped green chiles
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Place fish in lightly greased baking dish.
- 2 Mix Seafood Sauce, chiles and orange peel in small bowl. Pour over fish.
- 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with rice, if desired.
