Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat chicken, bell peppers and onion with oil and Seasoning Mix on a parchment paper-lined or foil-lined sheet pan. Spread chicken and vegetables out into an even single layer.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp. Wrap tortillas in foil and place in oven for last 5 minutes to warm.
Serve with a platter of desired toppings so everyone can build their own fajitas.
Serve with assorted toppings, such as guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, chopped fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, lime wedges, beans, rice or shredded lettuce.
