- Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. Coat chicken on all sides with coating mix (discard any remaining coating).
- Place chicken on foil- lined pan.
- Bake chicken for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees ( no need to flip).
