INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix turkey, crushed Fried Onions and Gravy Mix in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
  • 2 Grill over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Add cheese 1 minute before cooking is completed. Toast rolls on grill about 30 seconds or until golden.
  • 3 Serve burgers on toasted rolls topped with tomatoes, lettuce and remaining 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions.

    Test Kitchen Tip: Place 1/3 cup of Crispy Fried Onions in a small resealable plastic bag; close tightly. Use a rolling pin, meat mallet, or heavy saucepan to crush Onions until they resemble panko breadcrumbs in texture.
