Ingredients 4 Servings

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Herb with Lemon Seafood Rub
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pound salmon fillets

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix all ingredients, except salmon, in small bowl. Spread evenly over salmon.
  • 2 Grill salmon, skin-side down, over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Swap the salmon for swordfish or mahi mahi.
