Ingredients 4 Servings
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Herb with Lemon Seafood Rub
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1 Mix all ingredients, except salmon, in small bowl. Spread evenly over salmon.
- 2 Grill salmon, skin-side down, over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Swap the salmon for swordfish or mahi mahi.
