Seafood loves the convenient blend of McCormick® Black Garlic Seasoning. Sprinkled onto salmon before baking, it creates a sweet, garlicky taste.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon on foil-lined baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with 1 teaspoon of the Seasoning, and black pepper.
Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, mix vinegar, honey and remaining 3 teaspoons (1 tablespoon) Seasoning in small saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened and syrupy. Pour warm glaze over salmon immediately after removing fish from oven.
