A five-ingredient skillet dinner of pork chops, apple and onion in an applewood bbq sauce is perfect for busy weeknights.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork chops, onion and apple; cook pork 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
Stir in Skillet Sauce. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until pork is desired doneness and onion and apple are tender.
This is really delicious I'm making this again. The only problem I have is that I can't find the McCormick skillet sauce so I have to substitute it with a slow cooker sauce from Campbell's.
