Indulge in a refreshing topper for ice cream or frozen yogurt that you can prep and cook on one sheet pan. Toss juicy chunks of sweet-tart pineapple and chopped macadamia nuts with McCormick® Coconut and Rum Extracts to create vibrant, tropical flavor.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Place butter in medium microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Add remaining ingredients except nuts; toss to coat.
Spread mixture on large, shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Serve warm topping over vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt or sorbet.
