Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
I expected a strong alcohol essence from overdoing the vanilla extract a bit. However, I used more fruit: green seedless grapes halved, Gaia (?) melons as well as cantaloupe. My kiwis weren't quite ripe, and the confectioners sugar took care of that. Will probably be even better in the morning! Happy!
