- 1 can (13.66 ounces) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 4 ounces light rum
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 4 cups ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add ice; blend until slushy.
- 2 Pour into beverage glasses. Serve immediately.
