YOU WILL NEED
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
¾ cup water
12 taco shells or flour tortillas (6-inch)
Assorted Toppings: Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream or chopped cilantro.
1. BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
2. STIR in Seasoning Mix and water.
3. BRING to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm taco shells. Serve with desired toppings.

Chipotle Beef Nachos: Cook and stir 1 lb. ground beef and 1 cup each chopped onion and red bell pepper in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes. Stir in Seasoning Mix, 1 can (16 oz.) black beans, drain and rinsed, and ¼ cup water. Simmer 5 minutes. Spread 8 cups restaurant-style tortilla chips on 2 lightly greased foil-lined baking pans. Top with meat mixture and 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in preheated 375ºF oven 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with ¼ cup thinly sliced green onion. Make 12 appetizer servings.
