You will Need:
(Read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten-free.)
1 pkg. McCormick Gluten-Free Seasoning Mix
2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup gluten-free dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices gluten-free bread)
1/2 cup ketchup, chili sauce or tomato sauce (optional).
1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended.
2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired.
3. Bake in preheated 375degF oven 1 hour or until cooked through.
