2 tbsp. Chopped Onions = 1/2 cup chopped fresh onion
• Add to casseroles, curries, cheese and egg dishes, and soups.
• Use in tuna and chicken salad, rice and pasta dishes.
This product has no significant nutritional value.
This is my definite "go to" when I am in a hurry and do not want to chop a small amount of fresh onion. Another staple in my pantry.
