Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add rice and onion; cook and stir until rice begins to brown.
Stir in broth and Italian seasoning; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.

Super simple side dish that went great with meat loaf muffins. Using brown rice makes it a bit healthier, and I used the Italian seasoning quite generously. I just used it to taste. I think 1/2 tsp is too little and not much flavor, plus a little salt & pepper to taste. Delish!
